Hello Preds Families!

I am sure that you are all so excited to get back on the ice 🙂

A couple of things before you bring your child.

I will need 4 post dated cheques (per family, not per player)
December 1, 2021 - Fundraising cheque number 1 - $100
January 1, 2022 - Fundraising cheque number 2 - $100
January 31, 2022 - Volunteer cheque number 1 - $500
March 31, 2022 - Volunteer cheque number 2 - $500

Medical Info Form (attached)

Payment needs to be completed in full before a player can be on the ice.  If you have not e-transferred your payment, please bring payment with you tonight.

You can arrive 30 minutes before you ice time, and must leave 30 minutes after your ice time.  Spectators are welcome (must sign in).  Showers are available for players to use.

***  ALL PERSONS ENTERING EITHER ARENA MUST BE WEARING A MASK COVERING THEIR MOUTH AND NOSE ***  There will be a sign in sheet for players and another for spectators upon entering the arena.  Forest Arena will allow up to 175 spectators in the building.  You may watch from the lobby in one of the chairs set up for viewing, or watch from the stands.  Please ensure that child spectators are monitored at all times and that they wear a mask (Ages 2+).
Please exit at the back of the arena (the same as last year).

That's it!
See you there 🙂
