2021-22 Refund Policy
Hello Hockey Families

We understand that there are many uncertainties regarding the 2021-22 hockey season for some families.  OMHA has announced that any player aged 12 or over must be double vaccinated by October 31, 2021 in order to participate in Minor Hockey.  This includes Lambton Shores Minor Hockey.
While we cannot help you make up your mind, and we cannot change OMHA's ruling, we did want to provide you with as much information as possible so that you can continue to make an informed decision regarding your child's participation in Lambton Shores Minor Hockey.
With this in mind, here is our refund policy for the 2021-22 hockey season.  The policy can also be found in our Rules of Operation (ROO) on our website at: https://lambtonshoresminorhockey.ca/Public/Documents/RULES_OF_OPERATION_REVISION_MARCH_2019.pdf

Any player that steps onto the ice, from September 10th 2021 and onward, for any skate or tryout, will forfeit an automatic $50 administration fee from their registration, after which, all refunds will be calculated based on the following chart.  (Please note, due to short notice of this email, players attending tonight's hitting clinic (September 9, 2021), will not be subjected to the $50 administrative charge should they choose to request a refund before the next assigned ice time).

Refunds for any player withdrawing from LSMHA will be granted according to the date the written application is received by LSMHA and the following table:
Up to September 30 - 90% of the remaining registration balance
During the month of October - 75% of the remaining registration balance
During the month of November - 50% of the remaining registration balance
During the month of December - 25% of the remaining registration balance
As of January 1 - 0% No late charges will be refunded.
