Novice LL Red Tournament Finalists!

Last weekend the Novice LL red team traveled to Paisley for their first tournament and games in full ice competition (score kept, face offs, offsides, penalties.... real hockey rules).  

The kids had 3 games on Saturday, they lost the opener to a very strong Beverly bandits 6-2, but that didn't deter them, next they beat the host team AEMHA Ice Dogs followed by the TCDMHA Rebels.    The next day they faced the bandits in the finals where our boys really came to play.  They led most of the game, however, the rebels tied it up with 1:20 left in the 3rd and won a heart breaker in overtime. 

The coaching staff and parents who were able to make the trip were very proud of these kids and the heart they displayed all weekend.
