Atoms take East Lambton
The first five games, the Atoms were just warming up! Atom LL stormed into East Lambton hungry for a win!
Alicia Kewageshig (#15) opened up the scoring at 7:15 of the first and after that the Preds couldn't be stopped! Next two goals on the board were shot in by our defense. Both Jaedon Johnson (#10) and Lindon Scalf (#6) fired the puck into the East Lambton net from the blue line. Awesome job defense! By the end of the second, Preds were up 3-0 and still looking for more. Patrick Stewart (#20) scored first in the third period follwed by Alicia's second of the game. Sammy was lookin' sharp the whole game and just narrowly missed getting his first shutout when East Lambton scored with just over a minute left. With just :48 seconds left Hunter Cable (#11) fired one last goal passed the East Lambton goalie, proving all three of our lines can put it away.
