Atom LL Red Homework #1
Good Day Everyone! As we discussed in the parent meeting, I am starting the weekly "homework" assignment for the team. I will be attempting to update with a new task every Sunday night. Understandably, people will be out of town, on vacations, etc. If you miss a week, do not worry about it. The point of this exercise is to help the kids slowly prepare for the season. So, let's get it going!
1) Put your hockey equipment by yourself 2x this week.
2) Put your skates on by yourself 2x this week. Includes tying and untying them!
2) Shoot 50 pucks this week.
Also, goalies should be shooting pucks!
