Good Day Everyone! Great game against Strathroy, last minute buzzer beater. Here's your homewoek this week:
1) Put your hockey equipment & skates by yourself 2x this week.
2) Shoot 50 pucks this week 3x
3) Do two of the following twice this week: 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, 10 burpees or 30 seconds 5 reps plank position
4) Watch the following two videos 2x. Please make sure you watch your position and bring questions to me on Thursday.
