We will be hosting our Annual General meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at the Forest Legion.
In order to abide by Lambton Public Health Unit, we will be allowing a maximum attendance of 50 people. Any person wishing to attend our AGM must please pre-register:

Masks will be mandatory for all in person attendees. Again, anyone interested in attending in person MUST pre-register using the above link. Please note that we will not be collecting ANY registration forms at our AGM. All registration forms will please need to be brought to the arena on the first day that your child will skate.

Those who attend virtually will be able to use the chat feature of the Zoom meeting and a board member will moderate the chat feature comments, however, due to the potentially large number of virtual participants, all virtual participants will be asked to mute their microphones and will observe the in person meeting.
We will be accepting nominations from the floor for new board members at the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, or will be in attendance virtually, you are strongly encouraged to email any questions or board member nominations to Lorna Nieuwenhuizen at:
