We wanted to share a quick note regarding volunteer cheques.
If you haven’t yet had an opportunity to complete your first volunteer shift, please don’t worry. We do not intend to cash any volunteer cheques at this time. Over the next few months, we will be offering a variety of volunteer opportunities to ensure families have ample chances to work off both volunteer cheques. Our goal is to avoid cashing any volunteer cheques at the end of the season by providing as many opportunities as possible for everyone to fulfill their hours.
The support of our LSMHA families is critical in helping us successfully run events throughout the season, and the volunteer cheques serve as an important motivational tool. Historically, the only cheques that have been cashed at season’s end were from families who chose not to volunteer.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement—we truly appreciate all that our families do for LSMHA!!!
Our next volunteer opportunity is coming up soon! We are looking forward to hosting the U15 Rep & U18 Rep International Silver Stick Finals on January 9th to 11th. This particular tournmanent requires volunteers to run the Merchandise Table and help in the Canteens.
***Each family may only register for ONE time slot in this tournament. If you register for a second time slot, it will be removed.***
