Silverstick Scholarship Application
The Silverstick scholarship application is open to all 3rd year U18 players who are currently enrolled in LSMHA.
Below you will find the application form for this scholarship. The application form details the application requirements, important dates, how to submit the application, etc.
A couple key points to note:
1. The application cut off is April 22nd at 6pm, so that the Silverstick committee has time to review all of the applications before our April 29th awards banquet.
2. The applications can be submitted by mail or electronically, but the essay must be hand written by the applicant (not typed).
We are happy to announce that once again this season we will be hosting our annual awards banquet and part of the awards ceremony is the presentation of the Silverstick Scholarship that is supported by our local International Silverstick committee.
