Anne Marie Hockey Day
Submitted By Melissa Boere on Friday, March 15, 2019
Team Lambton Shores Minor Hockey.

What an honour and privilege be a member of LSMHA and for LSMHA for host suching an amazing event. The Anne Marie Zavitz Memorial Hockey day in recognition of what she has contributed to minor hockey was totally awesome.

It felt just like an old fashion Minor Hockey Day that used to be held in both Thedford and Forest years ago. The friendship, the community team spirit, the bonding and fellowship was truly heart warming to see and feel. To see the stands full of people enjoying themselves. Exactly what Anne Marie would have enjoyed herself.

To Rick, Henry, Todd, the board members and all the other people like Heather, Joanne, Jim, Terry, Janette and Sharon for their organizing skills.

It was so nice to see the LL teams participating in this day. We hope you enjoyed your cupcakes.

The Bosanquet Bobcats and other performers for coming and doing such a great job singing OCanada.

Legacy Hockey Ladies, you came out strong and showed the Bantam Teams you meant business but they wore you down. Refs Owen and Cameron, was it planned to make sure Chris was your first victim in the penalty box.

We couldn't ask for a better MC for the game than Lynn Faulds.

We truly enjoyed the day and want the thank LSMHA and all the people involved. From the bottom of our hearts. thank you.

Peggy
