Pre-Skate and Tryouts
Just a reminder to all parents and on ice help.
A medical information form will need to be completed for all players and on ice help attending both the Pre- Skate and Tryouts. This form can be found on the LSMHA website. Members of the Player Development Committee will be on hand to collect the completed forms.
