LSMHA Coaches Evalutations
Submitted By Todd Rannie on Wed 02 24, 16
Starting  February 23rd LSMHA will begin it's Coaches - Association evaluation process.Once finalized, you will be notified by your Coach/Parent Rep of where and when the Coaches Evaluation meeting will take place. When possible we will make every effort to try and have this meeting during one of your child's practices. At the start of each meeting, a member of the LSMHA Development Committee will meet with you briefly. There you will have a chance to go over the Coaches Evaluation form and ask any questions that maybe unclear to you.

All Coaches Evaluation Forms are to be completed at this meeting and dropped in the designated drop box. If you would like to prepare your comments/suggestions before arriving at the arena please do so, but you will still have to complete a form and then you can attach your own prepared sheets to the Coaches Evaluation form. The purpose of this Coaches Evaluation form is designed to gather information that will assist LSMHA in selecting and developing our coaches and to continue to improve the quality of the hockey experience for your children. Every Coaches Evaluation form is confidential and is held in trust by the LSMHA Coaches Selection/Development Committee. It's your choice to sign your name or not.For those of you in the Association who are unfamiliar with the LSMHA Coaches/Development Committee I will give you a brief description of that committee. The LSMHA Coaches/Development Committee was formed to assist the Minor Hockey Board with the development of the players within the Association. The Committee is to work closely with the Board to provide recommendations/suggestions  to help further the development of the association. By forming this committee it should help implement new ideas and bring new on ice programs to the association.Open feedback can create positive change.  Negative criticism behind closed doors changes nothing. Please take the time to fill in the Coaches Evaluation Form and also, if you have any other suggestions/comments or ideas of how we can improve our Minor Hockey Association please include them with the Coaches Evaluation Form the night that your child has their meeting.Thank-YouLSMHA Development Committee
