TEAM AWARDS EVERY GAME
Coach Dickey has made it a tradition to award effort and hard work every game, this year it continues.
Every game 3 players (that won the sour keys the previous game) must select 3 players from the current game to be awarded a sour key to success. The player must stand and say why that players deserves the sour key and then hands it off to the awarded player. This is a good way for the players to feel a sense of accomplishment from their peers.
In the past Coach Dickey has award the player that worked the hardest (In the minds of the coaching staff) the beloved worked boots award. This year, thanks to a generous donation of a hard helmet, the players will receive the Hard Helmet award. The coach that awards the helmet will again explain why they think the player deserves the award. Before the players receives the helmet a sticker will be affixed to the helmet with their number and a P for Predators.
