Please keep the following in mind when booking tournaments and/or exhibition games
Tournaments
When booking tournaments, please email [email protected] the following information so that your tournament can be posted and a travel permit submitted:
Team name
Tournament name, date and location
Sanction number
Also, please "cc" our ice scheduler, [email protected] and our tournament coordinator, [email protected]

Exhibition Games
When booking exhibition games, please email [email protected] the following information so that your game can be posted and a travel permit submitted:
Team name
Exhibition game date and location (include arena name only if it’s not obvious)
Opponent’s name
Also, please cc ref coordinator, [email protected] if it is a home exhibition game.
