Schedule & Results, Novice LL Red, U9 (2014, 2015), 2017-2018 (Lambton Shores Minor Hockey)

The kids got off to a slow start in the first period but after the first goal everyone stepped up to a competitive Ilderton team. A lot of great performances but notable mentions Bella George, Declan Craievich & Kael Dike, who worked so hard to get the puck back. My defense, who back checked and hustled to stop breakaways and cherry pickin. Mr MacKenzie for being a great two way player and Jett Johnson for stopping 8 of 10 shots and a couple beauties. But what made me proud the most was overhearing Ben Willemse on the bench thank Kael Dike for passing him the puck so he could score, as Don Cherry would say...Classy.
