We have two games this weekend versus Petrolia and Mt. Brydges. A practice next Tuesday. Then we play in Exeter for Regional Silver Stick November 25-27th. Keep quality game preparation techniques considering how much hockey the team will be playing over the next 10 days. Proper rest, quality food choices, sufficient hydration and mental preparation will be key to making these 2 weekends successful. Playing at high tempo, making quality hockey IQ decisions, and using the game systems that have been practiced will be enhanced with good game preparation. To play your best, you have to be your best.
