Novice Black Puckstopper had a busy Saturday!!
The snow, the lack of hydro or cold temps could not keep Novice Black down, but unfortunately a red hot Strathroy Black team was to much for these young preds to handle. After a string of high tempo exciting hockey games against the top teams in the league, Novice Black seemed to be out of gas today. There were some exciting moments in this one,
including goalie Brayden Prout stopping Strathroy on a penalty shot and super sniper Hayden Wilson making his debut as a centre iceman. The young preds would eventually fall 7-0 to the home team, but the coaching staff is proud of these youngsters even though things were not going their way today. They did not give up and gave everything they had right till the end.
