Tyke 1 Red Predators Defeat Ilderton Jets White!
What an awesome game against the Ilderton Jets White team in Thedord on Sunday March 17th! Our players came out strong and determined. There was no way these kids were going to give up a loss to this team!
Boy these hockey players have sure come a long way from their first game back in December! As we reflect back to those days we sure see a lot of growth from these kids. From their passing skills to their ability to start playing their positions, they have really improved. We've worked hard to ensure these kids bond, what a team 'should' do and it's paying off. To meet and greet parties, tournaments and get-togethers, this has all made such a difference and created a strong team.
Our goalie Brooklyn did an incredible job keeping the puck out of the net. With many shots fired against her, Ilderton still had no chance. Of course Brooklyn couldn't have done it without our strong defensive team of Lily and Jack, Garrett and Brandon. Great job team!
Our goal scorers in this game were Garrett with 4, Taryn with 3, Connor, Ava & Jack with 1 and Adam got his first goal of the season! It was nice his whole family including his Grandparents were there to witness this victory for Adam! Excellent job team!
We'll see everyone in Lucan at 9:00 Saturday March 23rd and at Parkhill Sunday March 24th at 9:00 and then again at 3:00 in Thedford. What a great way to end the season with lots of games!
